Janelle Jarous Lampp has been a design and color consultant to the rug and home textile industry since 1987. The success of her work led to the launch of her own brand, JanelleStyle Designs, in 2003.

Janelle believes in design that is timeless, fluid, and practical. Her casual yet feminine signature style is not overly traditional or wildly contemporary. Her textile designs incorporate a rainbow of saturated hues in a relaxed and comfortable way and in combinations that appeal to an eclectic market.

Janelle’s creations are fueled by her extensive experience in sourcing, design, development, art direction, and marketing. She holds an MBA and an AAS in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and is often invited to speak at industry events. She also writes on the subject of fashion, color, and design for industry trade publications.

Her strikingly styled rug designs have been licensed to a number of leading rug manufacturers, including CMI, Chandra Rugs, Homefires, and Surya Rugs. Her licensing and design firm, JanelleStyle Designs, was founded in 1994.
