WITH FIRST BAMBOO YARN RUG COLLECTION

JanelleStyle Designs and CMI, debut the Bamboozle collection at the upcoming International Rug Market at AmericasMart in Atlanta.

Janelle Jarous Lampp, owner and designer for JanelleStyle Designs, in partnership with CMI, the braided rug manufacturer based in Pawtucket, RI, will introduce Bamboozle, the industry’s first collection of rugs to be constructed of 100% bamboo yarn. This exciting new introduction is a breakthrough in the ever-growing category of environmentally responsible floor coverings. 

JanelleStyle Designs takes the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle movement one step further by designing rugs to be made from bamboo yarn, a replaceable, recyclable and reusable fiber. The Bamboozle collection of rugs joins the fast growing number of bedding, bath and clothing collections to be made from bamboo yarn.

Bamboo thrives and grows naturally without the need for pesticides and is biodegradable. The fiber is antibacterial, even after repeated washing, naturally absorbs ultraviolet radiation and is very absorbent, yet does not mold or mildew. In addition, bamboo yarn takes dyes beautifully and has a soft and silky hand and a natural sheen.    

The Bamboozle collection is designed for the casual, natural lifestyle. A six-color palette of eco-inspired hues (see below) create the basis for this softly luxurious, simply elegant rug. The rectangular center of the rugs are made of a multi-color, double braid construction and bordered with multiple rows of solid color single braids.

The collection comes in a variety of standard sizes, and a 5x8 will retail for $400.00.
