Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping within North America

For orders inside the Continental USA, Alaska & Hawaii we ship according to the following schedule:

All orders are shipped via Fedex Ground with a delivery time of 7 to 14 business days.  

Additional shipping charges will apply if express delivery is requested and for shipping outside the Continental U.S. For express or international shipping rate quotes or special requests please email JanelleStyle Designs or call us at 1-770-330-0019.

International Shipping

JanelleStyle Designs must determine international shipping charges on an order-by-order basis. Please contact us with your shipping address and order details prior to placing your order so we can estimate shipping charges. After agreeing to our shipping estimate, place your order online, and we will invoice you separately for shipping charges.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. We do not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.

Returns Policy

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS

You may return all items sold by JanelleStyle Designs within 15 days of receipt. We will credit you your total purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and the amount Pillow Décor incurred for shipping the product(s) to you. Your return package must be post-marked within 15 days of the date your received your items.

JanelleStyle Designs does not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will of course also refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.

We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that has a return post-mark dated after the 15 day return period.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.

 

Returns Procedure

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS

If you would like to return any item(s) you must contact us to request a 'Returned Merchandise Authorization' number (RMA#). Please email us or call us at 1-770-330-0019 between 10am-6pm Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time).  If you are advising us by email, please list the product codes and quantities of the items you are returning.

If returning an order from within the United States please use US Postal Service (USPS) (Economy Service) for the lowest rates.  Please do not ship with Fedex or UPS as this will result in uneccessary brokerage charges that will be deducted from your refund amount.
